I remember at my old place I had no real heating, and it was a rather old apartment so when winter came around, I was fucking freezing most of the time. I used to cruise around in tracksuit pants, socks, t-shirt, jumper, thick hoody with another jacket on top and a scarf. I remember friends who visited paid me out but damn, I felt warm, and it was good. I remember when I was insanely sick with the flu, I just stayed in bed and just felt lovely.
This new apartment doesn't really have that, I can walk around in t-shirt and shorts and feel a bit chilly, but because I'd be sweating like a pig if I dressed up like I did before, I don't really get that sense of warmth or through that, contentment.
Watched Requiem For A Dream and The Devil Wears Prada. Req was a letdown, but The Devil Wears Prada was highly enjoyable, even if it did seem like an Ugly Betty rip off (or vice versa). And I'm sorry, but no matter what movie studios attempt to do, you cannot make Anne Hathaway look ugly or dishevelled!!! She is flaming hot, and after seeing a bit of her serious side in Havoc and Brokeback Mountain, I just have to say she deserves more recognition.
So at first I did not like Sex On Fire by Kings Of Leon, but I must say, after several listens, it is hard to top those screaming guitar double stops during the chorus.
I started going to the gym again this weekend, and I am aiming to go 6 days a week from now on. By god, I almost died. But it's good for me, and hopefully it'll help me sleep at night, and have the energy to put up with long days. This also means getting up early again but I'm sure that'll be ok.
I also watched Independence Day, and I gotta say, despite all the shlockness, it is a damn enjoyable action movie!
Anyhow, I am gearing up for tonight's formula 1, should be a good one! Enjoy folks.

This may cost your freedom, but keep hope alive!
But it could also be a countdown to departure.
But one should never count their chickens before they hatch.
There's this drink "Deep Spring" Lemon Lime and Orange drink, which I must say is my favourite drink in the world.
I think I got it from High School where we would sometimes head to the shopping centre after school to mallrat for a while. I used to get that drink from a vending machine outside Big W, and it was just perfection.
Hahha it also reminds me of a crush I used to have. We used to go to this mall so I could perve on my crush, who despite living near me, went to a different school, and sometimes I caught the bus back with her, and had to endure a hell of a trek from her part of the woods to my suburb.
Ahhhh, reminiscing about youth, that drink is lovely.
I have recently procured it here and I am drinking it sparingly.
Anyway, enough for now till I have more to say. Have a nice day folks!

Will you do what it takes?
Cause I don't know if I can.
Then again, I do not know what is required.
The day?
7.5 work.
Which in reality is closer to 11.5
Travel between home and work 0.6
Guitar 0.3
Exercise 0.3
Tv time 1.0
Procrastination 3.3
Sleep 7.0
My timesheet, eat your heart out!
It's sort of nice right now to not be doing anything, and just have some time for me. To sit and reflect can never be a bad thing. Even if all the thoughts are negative, these are things that must be dealt with.
A bit of solace please?
Until the next one. Hopefully some lucidity will strike! Have a nice day folks!

Learned things in school, but wound up becoming an April's Fool
I have to make this quick, as I have food on the stove. But that's alright, since the computer is about 4-5 metres away from the kitchen, haha!
I have been punishing my fingers. My acoustic has relatively heavy gauge strings, and high action, so long term playing is painful. So I don't know why I played from 1-5am this morning!! It was fantastic. I was worried that I haven't been able to improve since I first started work, but my sight reading has gotten a lot better, as has my improvisational skills. I've also composed a lot more music, as opposed to lyrics (of which I've had many ideas but put nothing to paper).
I have had a relatively uneventful weekend which is about the way I like it, but I only watched one movie The Chronicles Of Narnia: Prince Caspian, which had excellent cinematography like the first film, but I felt this one was a bit lacking, and just centred on drawn out action scenes with no real build up.
I am REALLY looking forward to the upcoming break and two lots of 4 day weeks, which just make life so much more bearable. I am aiming to just watch movies, no real guitarfests, and no gameage. Just movies, being slack and escaping from the real world.
I am anxious. About what? I don't know. Anyhow, let's leave this here for now and I shall come back to this another time.

Do you even know what's going on??
Cause I sure as hell don't!!
Ahhh busy weekend!! Saw stupid girl, which was good (even if it was for only 4 mins)!!
Haha anyhow, I managed to get some Vanilla Coke from my folks which I have put in the fridge and am absolutely looking forward to on Friday! It's sad how that's going to be the highlight of my week, but I seriously think it's about the little things for me!
Just relaxing with a vanilla coke and watching good game before watching movies for a long time! I can't wait!
I saw Slumdog Millionaire a few weeks ago now, and I thought it was absolutely amazing!!! I might have to add it to my all time faves!! I can't wait for the DVD to come out, I COMMAND you to watch it now, cause I guarantee that you won't be disappointed. I was going to discuss at length, but that would ruin some of the plot and that's never good.
I have been using package cheese lately, and that stuff does not last very long at all!! What's up with that? Should I just put it in the top section of my fridge? Hopefully it'll keep longer.
Why is it that every time I go out for food at a restaurant, there's ALWAYS at least some form of eye candy? While the quality does vary, it is still candy none the less. Today was perhaps THE hottest waitress I've ever seen in my life!!
Ahhh, it was a crazy weekend, not much sleep had so I am aiming to sleep early tonight, since I am trying to restart the gym routine again. I have slacked off too much for the past month or so, and have eaten like a pig. I went to the gym today (cause if I started tomorrow I know I woulda slept in and put it off for another week), and I almost died. 30 mins on the Xtrainer and I thought I was about to die, I am wayyyy unfit!
I also had awesome topics to blog about, but unfortunately I have forgotten them (which is terrible cause I remember when I thought of the topic that I made a mental note to remember it for the blog)! Oh well! I'll try to return to the glory days soon!
